The UN Special Envoy briefed the Security Council on the continued arbitrary detention of personnel from UN, NGO, civil society, and diplomatic missions by Ansar Allah, as well as on the recent developments in Yemen, including the economic situation and the reopening of Al-Dhale’a Road.
