Part II

George Weah promised to be an agent of change, a team player and to rely on the rule of law during his governance. The inauguration of President George Maneh Weah and Vice President Jewel Taylor at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports stadium in Monrovia was a historical one, completing the country's first transition between democratically-elected leaders in three generations.
